How do I become a member of the Gannon University Alumni Association?
If you attended Gannon University, Gannon College, Cathedral College or Villa Maria College for at least one semester and are no longer a student of Gannon University, you're already a member of the Alumni Association. There are no dues or forms to fill out; all Gannon University alumni are automatically members. If you cannot find your name listed in the alumni directory, please contact the Alumni Services Office at email firstname.lastname@example.org or toll free phone 1-877-GU-Alums (1-877-482-5967) for verification and addition.
How do I get involved with Gannon?
There are several opportunities for alumni to make a difference in the lives of Gannon students and fellow alumni. How do I become involved in alumni activities in my area?
We're always looking for volunteers to be involved in or lead activities in cities with large populations of Gannon and Villa alumni. If you're interested in participating in activities in your area, review the list of Regional Coordinators listed on the National Alumni Board page or contact Tracy Lyons, Director of Alumni Services, at 1-877-GU-Alums, or email@example.com.

How do I submit a Class Note?
You can submit your own Class Note online by logging in to gannonalumni.org and clicking "My Class Notes" from the top right navigation, or follow Keep In Touch>Submit A Class Note You can also send your announcement, name, class year and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will post your Class Note for you. Class Notes are shared in the Gannon Magazine and the GU eNEWS, as well as here on gannonalumni.org.
What services does the Office of Career Development and Employment Services and the Center for Experiential Education offer to alumni?
Job listings, career counseling, and resume guidance are all available free of charge for alumni through the Career Development and Employment Services Office (CDES). Alumni are encouraged to contact CDES to post any job or internship opportunities. For more information, contact the Career Development office at 814-871-7680
How do I get a copy of my transcript?
There is no fee for transcripts, though no transcripts are released for students with any Financial Holds. The Office of the Registrar requires the former student to submit a written request with signature to receive his or her transcript. Electronic signatures are not acceptable. You can write a letter or print out this application and mail to: Theresa Horanic, Registrar's Office, 109 University Square, Erie, PA 16541 or fax to: 814-871-5870.
How do I get a copy of my diploma? Is there a charge?
The Office of the Registrar requires a written request with signature and a $25 fee to re-issue a copy of your diploma. Please mail your request and a check or money order for $25 made payable to Gannon University to:

I think my degree data is incorrect; how do I change it?
We record degree information directly from the files maintained by our Registrar. Please contact us by calling 1-877-482-5867 or email@example.com. We will verify the information with the Registrar and contact you with what we learn.
Where is the Alumni Office?
We're on the third floor of Old Main, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or upon appointment. Alumni are always welcome to stop by and visit. Contact the Alumni Services Office at 1-877-482-5867 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
