Dr. Douglas King will lead a wondrous trip to Italy and Greece, May 14-23, 2014. Enjoy the breathtaking architecture throughout Rome, with St. Peter's Basilica, The Sistine Chapel, The Forum, The Colosseum, and more. Explore Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius, and Sorrento. Take a night ferry to Patras, visit the Oracle at Delphi, walk the Parthenon, visit the Temple of Poseidon, and sip some ouzo in Athens. Then, if you like, take a 3-day cruise through Greek and Turkish islands. Trip cost is $3353, including airfare, ground transportation, hotels, admissions, and selected meals.

Yellowstone National Park
June 17- 27, 2014
The Biology Department invites interested students to register for the Annual Summer Biological Travel Study class to Yellowstone National Park. 17-27 June, 2014. This course will examine many aspects of YNP including bear and wolf management, impact of fires, geologic history including earthquakes and volcanos, geysers, and big herbivores (elk, moose, bison). A day is also spent rafting and horseback riding. There is also a day at the Museum of the Rockies studying dinosaurs, astronomy and the Lewis and Clark journey.
