8am Opening Prayer with Fr Kesicki

8am -1pm BUZZ by at Work

 

  • Breakfast served 7am-10am

  • Seven Zones of Wellness comprised of interactive activities and over 40 vendors 

  • Tailgate in the Social Wellness Zone - FREE Food, Fellowship, and FUN! 

 

9am – 12pm Meditation

  • Introduction to Morning Prayer - Sister Carmen (9am)

  • Mindful Eating - Kathleen Elwood (10am)

  • Introductory Experience in Christian Meditation - Fr George Strohmeyer (11am, 12pm)

10:30am-12:30pm Cooking Demonstrations

  • 10:30am - Egg White Breakfast Pizza – Chef Kaitlyn, Community Schools Coordinator

  • 11:30am - Roasted Cauliflower Salad – Chef Chad, RWC Director

  • 12:30pm - Air Frying 101 – Chef Denise, Metz Culinary Management

11am – 1pm Live Musical Performance by Casino Tuesday

4pm -7:30pm BEE Present at Happy Hour and Family Dinner

  • Open to ALL including employees, their families, students, and members of our community

5pm – 7:00pm Live Musical Performance by Dhanya Jose

5pm - 6pm Meditation

  • Ignatian Examen - Emily Muntean (6pm)

5:30pm Cooking Demonstration

  • 5:30 - Two Mexican Dips – Chefs Mike Rizzo & Ryan Hamilton

6:30pm GU Pep Band
